Just found a great community on LiveJournal that focuses on bad RP in all of its forms. World of Warcraft, to D&D, to series-based RP, to... Well, anything, really. XD Here's a great post about thesaurus raping, hehe. I know it's not a thing dear to any of us, sooo... www.livejournal.com/community/bad_rpers_suck/754407.htmlI've also made one, about dealing with folk that refuse to do any research on their characters - betcha can't guess where I got the inspiration for it from, hehe. Go read, stuff's funny.

Nice thread, on both counts. I may hafta join that community someday in the future if I need a place to vent. Though I thought we decided mortal foxes was a no-no as well? That needs to be clarified. x.x And furc needs to go on and add some more species already for one main reason: we're now having a problem with adult one-tails using the two-tail avatar so they don't have to be kits. *heh* That just gets confusing after a while. There are a LOT of kitsune slaves out there. x.x Drives me friggin nuts. There are also a few kitsune slavers I've seen. On the elitism, I did notice a few days ago that we're starting to get some thesaurus-eaters trickling in. >.< And for those of you who have looked at Ryd's thread in the other community: even a nine-tailed kitsune would probably be much more likely to get eaten on the first try than to have killed a hundred asiatic dragons with a demon sword. Let's think... creatures that can CONTROL the elements kitsune rely on (kitsune are primarily illusionists, as I understand) - my guess is the easiest way to snuff 'em would be for the dragon to just cut them off from their element. *coughs* I might be a little biased (one or two of you know why), but a dragon's not gonna die that easily. Even if you kill its physical form, the spirit form is just as dangerous, if not more so, and would be much harder to get rid of. (No really, I love kitsune, I just have a closer connection to dragons. Bene knows. ) But yeah, that community looks amusing. *prods furc and hopes its little hissy fitting is done now, as she had had to reload about 3 times since last night* Oh! And for reference, Rydia's post is here: www.livejournal.com/community/bad_rpers_suck/1351574.html

No more mortal foxies? Huh. Either I've not been paying attention, or that got lost somewhere in the expanse of time. XD
I don't really find the adult-one-tail thing too confusing; I always go by what their description says, rather than their avatar. Always safer that way, and it's hard in the rest of Furc to be playing bears and reptiles and the like, so.
For sure, on the subject of slaves. I see quite a few in TSC, whining behind the bars, and have to restrain myself from caving their heads in. XD I have, on occasion (back when I was still doing X-rated RP) thrown Rydia into the pens. But when I did it, I made sure that she wasn't whimpering or crying - she was there, sitting in a cage of her own free will, because she wanted a taste of the slaving life. She walked in 'erself. *shrug* That, to me, seems to be the only reason that you'd find one of any sort of power at all caged. Slavers, I haven't seen many of - and the ones I've seen mostly seem to be nogitsune.
Fort and peashooter is all I have to say about killing dragons. XD I, too, actually have a greater connection to dragons - a lifelong thing. The name that most folks know me by on the Internet is Dragonfire, and I got that a very, very long time ago. Mostly European derivatives, though - I've never much looked into the Asiastic ones.

Well we DO have a rule about having more tails on your ava than you have in your desc. *heh*
But yeah, I actually did harass a slave kitsune once, and he gave me a very good reason for why, though I can't remember it. Something abotu letting other furres THINK they were the ones in charge or something.
I know more about western dragons, but am closer to Asians (you'd think that would be the other way around given certain details of my life, but I won't go there).
